Development Programmes

The Durban Film Office Development Programmes seek to support Durban filmmakers to develop skills as creative, independent content producers and industry professionals. Funding is available through the:

    Development Grant Fund Up to R250,000 for feature fiction or documentary development

    Micro-Budget Grant Fund R350,000 per project for emerging filmmakers

    Festivals & Markets Support Up to R30,000 for festival and market attendance
